Enabling access 24B government contracting marketfor small business owners.

Problem

The challenge was to explore different ways of helping small businesses access contracting opportunities with the Federal government. The client was interested in exploring the creation of an online education tool that would live within the OPEN Forum area of their site. Additionally, we coordinated user flows and consistency with three related micro-sites, some that focused on serving minority and women-owned businesses. We left completed visual designs to the agency Art department.

Discovery & Research

I performed background research for a summary paper of the online learning education landscape. I interviewed in-house resources who had designed the overarching the American Express OPEN Forum experience to gain insights and uncover opportunities in our proposed solutions.
